These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and services provided by Luma Colour Styling. By purchasing a service from Luma, you agree to these terms.

Luma's services

Luma Colour Styling provides personalised online colour analysis and related colour and styling services.

Colour analysis involves professional assessment and interpretation of the photographs and information you provide. Your analysis is prepared specifically for you based on the information and images available at the time.

Providing your information and photographs

To complete your colour analysis, you will be asked to provide photographs and information about your natural colouring.

For the most accurate result, please follow the photography instructions provided by Luma and ensure that the information you submit is accurate and complete.

If the photographs supplied are unsuitable for reliable analysis — for example, because of lighting, image quality or colour distortion — Luma may ask you to provide additional or replacement photographs before completing your analysis.

Colour and digital displays

Every effort is made to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, printer and other factors outside Luma's control.

Your colour analysis should therefore be used as a guide to understanding and applying the colour characteristics that suit you, rather than as a guarantee that colours displayed digitally or printed by you will reproduce identically.

Delivery

Your completed colour analysis will be delivered digitally to the email address provided with your order.

Any estimated turnaround time stated on the Luma website begins once Luma has received all information and suitable photographs required to complete your analysis.

If further information or replacement photographs are required, this may extend the completion time.

Personal use

Your personalised colour analysis, report and other materials supplied by Luma are for your individual, personal use.

Luma's reports, written content, graphics, palettes and other original materials must not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, published or used commercially without permission.

You are welcome to use your report and palette for your own personal wardrobe, shopping and styling purposes.

Cancellations, changes of mind and refunds

Because Luma's colour analysis is a personalised service, please contact Luma as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If work on your personalised analysis has not yet commenced, Luma may agree to cancel your booking and provide a refund.

Once work on your personalised analysis has commenced, a refund will not normally be provided simply because you change your mind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If there is a problem with your service

Luma takes care to provide each colour analysis professionally and with appropriate care and skill.

If you believe there is a problem with your service or report, please contact Luma through the Contact page so the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved.

Services provided by Luma come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights and available remedies will depend on the circumstances and are not limited by these Terms & Conditions. ACCC

Results and personal preferences

Colour analysis identifies colours and colour characteristics assessed as harmonious with your natural colouring. Individual tastes and preferences vary, and you may naturally prefer some recommended colours more than others.

Your analysis is intended to provide practical guidance rather than rules about what you can or cannot wear. How you choose to use your palette is entirely up to you.

Website information

Luma aims to keep information on its website accurate and current. Information about services, pricing and availability may be updated from time to time.

The price and service details that apply to your purchase are those presented to you when you place your order, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information and photographs are handled in accordance with Luma's Privacy Policy.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and managed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Luma Colour Styling website and materials created by Luma — including text, graphics, reports, colour resources, branding and original imagery — belongs to Luma Colour Styling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

Changes to these terms

Luma may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its services, website or business practices.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to a purchase are those in effect at the time the purchase is made.
